Brad is a founder and futurist. His current work centers on building tooling and infrastructure that lets small teams operate at the scale of large ones by routing customer-facing work through AI agents. He has run companies since 2013 (Sitecast) and is now building several businesses in parallel under Synova Industries, including Quantum Pipes, AskQP, RecSystems, and Lucy.md.
